Not saying that at all. Just saying he wasn't standing there getting blown by as you mentioned.

Cavaliers are doing a lottery for single game ticket sales to try to protect fans from brokers. Interesting concept.

Supposedly, I get my season tickets on Sept 24. All the people that were telling me I was dumb for buying them (two days before LeBron announced) are now the ones asking me for tickets at face value. COME ON, MAN!

Just curious....how much of a profit could you make you think, if you sold the whole season package? Did the season ticket prices go up after he announced or did they just sell out real fast at the regular price?

They sold out really fast at the regular price... 8 hours I think it was after LeBron announced.

The cheapest "season ticket package" I've seen on stub hub is listed at over $12,000. My package was a third of that.

more "work" (I put that in quotes because they will be easy to sell), but they way to go is to sell individually.

Props to you. Good move. I would sell them individually. I bet you can make a shit ton for the first game, but that would be a tough opportunity to pass up on.

Where are your seats (sorry if someone already asked).

A buddy and I split a half season package 4 days before the decision. No home opener for us. A little salty.

To be honest with you, I've seen this as an investment all along. It was a bit risky, but at worst, I'd still have been able to recoup my cost if LeBron didn't come. I'm ABSOLUTELY going to sell the season opener, because I can make up almost a third of my total cost by selling them. Anyways, because I thought of it as more of an investment, I wanted to get center court tickets because they sell for more than other tickets in the same section, and the cost is typically the same or similar. Unfortunately, even several days before the decision, my choices were limited if I wanted center court seats. I took one of the cheaper options and grabbed seats in the top deck, 5th row, on the aisle. It was either that for around $4K, or move about halfway closer to the court for $9K, and I couldn't stomach the thought of dropping $9K on tickets if LeBron didn't come.

Hopefully, I will recoup my season cost and then some so that I can begin saving the profit for next season's tickets! Also, I should make BANK in the playoffs!

Ha, we will have to see! I sold a portion to a friend, trying to figure out which games to put up for auction on FlashSeats, and which games to go/sell to friends.

I checked flashseats the other day. Nothing on their yet. I'll be checking there for tickets once the season kicks off. I'll try to get to one of the games people don't wanna see. Like Orlando or Atlanta or something.

Yeah, the FlashSeats marketplace doesn't open up until Friday for Cavs tickets. I would look on Friday for sure.

The headband Lebron is wearing at media day might as well be a beanie it has gotten so big.

We've all just assumed that Andy V would be in the starting lineup. It's sounding like Tristan may be the starter with AV coming off the bench.

Cavaliers have locked season ticket holder accounts that have sold any games to this point. Trying to weed out brokes... what about normal fans that simply can't go to every game?
