Maybe trashy women, and it just attracts creepy guys. If you dress trashy, you are likely going to be treated as such. Perhaps this is part of the "Kardashian" culture today, but I much prefer a woman that dresses classy and looks amazing fully clothed. And then she can take her clothes off.

My wife works in retail and we got into an argument a couple weeks ago because she said they believe women dress to impress other women and not men anymore. Some of her points were good I don't know a single guy who likes high waisted pants or rompers on a women.
