I agree, it's just something I think would be great for CFB in general.

Buckeye nation invades the South, then whoever gets to come to our house. Can you imagine the hype around that early in the season? Night game? Would be AWESOME.

Penn State players only care about winning the best conference in CFB, the B1G. Bama is just a blip on the radar.

When you have the academic prowess of the Ivy league but still field competitive title contending teams you will sometimes fall short of teams that don't play by the rules and are glorified community colleges.

I guess you mean competitive and contending in the big ten, because nationally they are a punch line. BTW as i recall OSU got caught not playing by the rules.

Nationally they've won and been to more BCS bowls than anyone. They also have more conference championships in the last 15 years than any other school.

OSU self reported their violations because ethics and integrity are paramount to the people of Ohio. When the SEC even garners 1% integrity in anything they can do, then we can talk about "not playing by the rules."

Too bad only one of those BCS bowls that OSU won meant anything. The rest caried as much clout as the motor city bowl. winning the big ten isnt much better than winning the MAC. OSU reported themselves because their dirt was going to be made public in the DEA's investigation.

Sleeper are you really that clueless? Stop with the BCS crap OSU is a great program no doubt about it but when they play the big boys what is the outcome? What is your standard for your team to be 40% vs the best and 80% vs the rest? Its an unreal view from most OSU fans i know i dont get it. Since the BCS started in 1999 OSU's bowl record is 6-7 under .500 more wins in the bcs yes but more losses then anyone as well.

You are counting games in there that are not BCS bowls. The Outback, Alamo, and Gator are not BCS.

Well considering they've won multiple B1G championships, multiple BCS bowls, and multiple BCS appearances, I'd say they do just fine against the big boys. The national hate for OSU is the only clueless part of this conversation but that's PURE JEALOUSY. When you have one of the top academic programs in the country and you field top athletic teams YEAR IN, YEAR OUT people are going to hate you. Keep hating, we'll keep winning.

I said since the started of the BCS IN 1999 you dont read and understand so well do you and stop with the big ten SH*t not as good as advertised. a losing record in bowl games is fine to you? No standard as i thought is the problem with most OSU fans view of themselves. I am a USC fan and have not been happy for the way the program has went since Pete left for the NFL. But i am not happy because of the standard that was set. I dont give a damn about a pac 12 title if were not in the conversation for a national tittle then any other bowl apperance or win is second to the the standard thats not being met period. But ir you dont have a standard of winning national tittles then to each his own.

I do have respsect for OSU they played us in the regular season losing both but they had nuts for playing us. Along with playing Texas so props for that but 1-3 in those four games. Not the standard im sure but didnt they win the big ten most of those year?
And probabaly got a BCS bid ( the buckeye fans travel better then anyone no doubt) that plays a part in the selection buddy its all about the money when your not playing for the National Title. Just incase you didnt know

OSU has been in the conversation almost every year since the BCS started. I'm not really sure why you are so upset but OSU does very well in football and plays in one of the toughest conferences in the country.

The PAC hasn't won an outright national championship since 1972. It is little wonder that you don't care about winning such a poor conference.

Ohio State doesn't pay for college rankings unlike a majority of schools. Basically, rankings are for dumb people, no surprise you bought into it.

B1G is the best conference in the country. There's really no debate.
