You had a pro team. I would hope they could beat college kids. The players were given huge sums of cash, cars, vacations, etc. The NCAA stepped in and said that USC wasn't using amateur athletes. Bush took a pay cut when he went to the Saints.

I didn't even know FSU still had a football team until last year when the RAPIST led them to a championship.

You could say "Who have they beaten on a national stage" to almost 95% of CFB. Wisconsin has won multiple B1G championships; one of the toughest conferences in the country.

Well considering OSU has won more BCS bowls than anyone and have been to more BCS bowls than anyone it's hard to call them anything other than incredible. OSU is unique in that its a school which emphasizes quality academics and yet still fields championship caliber teams on the field. The only school that can compete with that is maybe Stanford but we've all seen that they never win anything either.

National title or nothing i thought was the standard for all major programs not winning the most bcs games ask urban how he feels after year two.

The standard at Ohio State is to provide quality academics to develop the entire player in pursuit of national championships. I don't really care how other schools feel.

When was the last time FSU did that before last year? FSU has been largely irrelevant since the 90's and they have a good year on the backs of a rapist and all of a sudden are world beaters.

I wish OSU got to play in the ACC so we could sleepwalk our way to an undefeated season. MSU would have beaten FSU last year by at least 30 but because SEC! FSU got to play an easier opponent.

It's good to know that sleeper...the biggest ND hater...feels that ND is better than the SEC. According to this post, a loss to ND is better than a loss to LSU.

Did you forget Clemson is in the ACC? The same Clemson that smashed OSU . As i recall FSU stomped them out by 40 plus points.

I didn't know losing by 5, with a chance to go down the field and win it, was considered a stomping.

It's an ACC school. They have 5 BCS bowl wins as a conference in their entire history vs. the 6 won by OSU any win should be considered a stomp.
