We use a ton now but when we lived in Kansas they charged you per Gb. The standard plan for Cable and internet was like $85 a month and only came with 10 Gb. The max plan they had was 100Gb and was like $160. Each GB over your plan was like $4-$8 dollars. When we lived there we didn't use internet for anything. I still remember the day a uverse guy showed up at the door telling us their service was now available. I couldn't tell him to sign me up quick enough.

We stream a ton. I'm getting jipped, so I'm going to call to see if I can upgrade to a new "package," which will actually be less money.

This is why I have to stick with the crappy DSL instead of going 4G. The 4G in my area is awesome, but it would be a small fortune every month. :(

Serious question...

I have been using TWC Roadrunner since 1997, and "Extreme" since 2009.

I have NEVER checked my usage totals, have no idea how.

Enlighten me.

You can do it on their website. Same place you'd go to pay your bill
