Distracted driving. Give a ticket.

Both of them are assholes. The driver of the truck for obvious reasons. The cum dumpster driving the speed limit in the left hand lane, not passing and not moving to the right hand lane when she had the chance, is also an asshole. Plus she shot the video in portrait mode, so I guess that makes her a bigger asshole after all.

I'm not sure what exactly the truck driver did that caused him to lose control like that. Didn't seem like he was riding her tail, although I couldn't tell if the video was bouncy because he was accelerating and then jamming his brakes or not.

Couldn't really tell if she was driving like a **** or not...not going to watch the video again to decide.

But she actually did pass a few cars in the right lane - my opinion would change pretty dramatically if that guy was actually patient enough for her to wait to move over (I used to never pass on the right, but now I do it routinely because of so many idiots driving slow in the left lane).

She showed she was going nearly 50 - I'm going to guess that was almost 5 over, and looked at least a few over because she did pass a couple cars on the left.

she def had an opportunity to get over a time or two and let the guy go buy. She instigated it, but the dude still had some road rage (obv).

It was 1 minute into the video before she passed the first vehicle. I'm going to assume she was hanging out in the left lane for a while before the video starts. She easily had enough time before she got to that first truck to be considerate and move over to let the guy pass.

Watch it again.....That straight truck is next to her the whole time (you see just a glimpse in the beginning). Granted, it took her almost a minute to pass, but she is driving just over the speed limit and passing people. I've gone for miles on the expressway waiting for a truck or car to pass someone going 1mph slower on the inside.

Revised my opinion....the driver of the wreck is a dumbass, and people like him are why idiots don't move over to the slow lane any more.

I see what you're saying, but that dipshit most likely got on her ass in a hurry. But it is strange that she made the effort to record him, but not get out of the way.
