They don't. I have seen so many videos of people getting into fights on trains, in lines at whatever function, and other public areas - no one tries to intervene and they won't stop even though they aren't accomplishing anything. I have a bit more experience with them. Nothing I stated was inaccurate. I will add another vote to "not funny." Can't wait for MB to tell us he is so much better than us because he lives in Japan and so much smarter than us because he finds this mediocre video (to the eyes of us peasants of course) to be funny.
