Cleveland seems like it has a lot of good going on. The river is a big plus, able to separate the neighborhoods from the downtown area which has a lot happening

Good job.

Toledo is not terrible. The good thing about Toledo, is that it is smaller, therefore the outlying suburbs seem more a part of the city.

I'm glad to see the Plain Dealer run this. Cleaveland and NE Ohio have had struggles, but there is a lot here that is great. I love living in Cleveland because of all the wonderful amenities available. Big city opportunity with mid size market hassles. Glad to see Cleveland is doing well by this standard.

Having lived here for several years, and also living in several other places to compare it with, I think Cleveland is a great place.

I've lived in Columbus, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, St. Louis, and Atlanta. They all have their great qualities, but I'll take Cleveland over any of them.
