I'm almost to a maxed on TH9 except walls. Been lavalooning hardcore. Almost unstoppable.

Need to upgrade my golems, 4 teslas, and 2 air defenses, then walls.

I'll be at TH9 for awhile. I am glad I upgraded early...it took forever for the gold though.

I'm 2 hours from AQ 4. I'll try to get her to 5 while here at TH9. All air defenses are 6, mortars are 6, wizard towars are around 5-6. I need to get all my cannons and archers up to 10, probably 50/50 on them being 9s or 10s right now. I'm maxed out on my elixir collectors and gold mines. Trying to bump up my DE drills to help upgrade the heroes. I'd love to be able to save enough elixir to upgrade my troops, level 6 is next for barbs, archers, giants, and balloons. Next lab upgrade and I'll get level 6 wizards and level 4 drags. In the process of upgrading my dark barracks too, I want to get the lava hound.

I hate the walls. Stupid crap there. I've gotta have 38 million to get my 190ish pink walls to purple. That's absurd. Ain't no reason for that. Not looking forward to beyond purple...

They need to bring back the elixir to upgrade walls like yesterday.

It is still an option, but only for lvl 9+ walls.

Initially (September) it was for any wall, but they scaled it back to the higher level walls only in the December 14 update.

It was ruining the economy, according to the Clash of Clans forums. Apparently nobody had elixir to raid...almost crashed the whole game.

There was literally almost no elixir left in the game. It's why the did the 1 gem resources and increased loot bonuses.

Any of you nerds purposely not cutting down trees, bushes, mushrooms, stumps? I'm leaving pine trees (including 4x xmas pines) to grow and getting a nice little growth.

Sitting at th8 slowly building defense to where it needs to be. Focus on resources early on and allow the occasional shield to kick in when someone much larger kicks my ass.

Nah, I cut down everything immediately, with the exception of holiday themed stuff...I have all of my X-mas trees and grave stones. The most common thing like this that I see is people leaving the pine trees only on the border.

For the screenshot, I'm guessing someone just did a screenshot on their mobile device and uploaded to imgur or something and posted here...

I garden daily.

I don't cut down my big trees, I like having some vegetation. plus, might lull someone into thinking my town isn't active and wont have cc troops.

and to screen shot, depends on the phone. most android its hold the power button and the down volume button at the same time.

I get suckered in most times on this. Also anyone find that empty storages aren't necc meaning the collectors are full?

I just hit level 100 today!

I'm up farming at 2100 right now and it's awesome. I hit next five times until I find a TH outside the walls and destroy it with a couple of barbs. Easy 40k for zero effort. Then I do it again. I've had all 5 builders busy for about a week straight.

I feel like this takes too much time.

Yeah fuck that goon. Take 200+ barbs or archers and steal 300k+ per attack on a vacant.

Just had probably my best war performance to date. Attacked their #2 and #3. Got all 6 stars with a potential war bonus of about 800K of each gold and elixir, and about 5000 of DE. Also defended successfully against the opponent's #3 and #4.

Aaaaaaand then we lost because a couple assholes didn't attack.

Love when that happens.

Ugh, that blows.

We are super organized, so we have a "strike system". Missed attack = 1 strike...3 strikes in a 30 day period and you're out.

But especially with the new "opt in" system, you shouldn't be having to deal with that...That sucks...If you don't wanna war, opt out, simple as that.

Yep. And my clan only wars once a week, so there's no excuse. However, we don't have a strike policy. You don't use both attacks in any war, and you're out. If you ask to come back in, it's up to the leader's and co-leaders' discretion.
