Could you explain why you attempted to give off an impression of certainty in this statement?Con_Alma;1657251 wrote:No backtracking at all but insider information? I don't recall posting such a thing.
I don't see anything about guessing there, just a statement of fact. There have been no public reports of a done deal, so the only way you could be speaking with such certainty is through a personal, not public source. Either that or you did not intelligently choose your words.Con_Alma;1656607 wrote:Hoke is as good as gone. Harbaugh is sick of the ownership in San Fran. He's the next Coach in Ann Arbor.

Everything I've read says the chances that jim ends up in AA are low. That he has very little desire to return to college football.

Also important to note, Jim Harbaugh has never been a champion at any level. As a player or a coach.

Why? For what purpose should try an explain such a thing? For your satisfaction? I have been clear that I have no public information to offer you. If it's that which you are in need of to make your own opinion then you should make it as if none exists. It's not our affirmation I seek. I'm not trying to convince you or anyone else. You need not agree with anything I've shared. Whether I'm right or wrong, you'll know when the day comes that whomever is the next coach at Michigan is named.HelloAgain;1657275 wrote:Could you explain why you attempted to give off an impression of certainty in this statement?

That should be "your". Would it help if I corrected it?

You have not done a good job of properly expressing yourself in this thread. Posting a message isn't a race. I'm confident none of your missteps have been intentional to be fair.Con_Alma;1657289 wrote:That should be "your". Would it help if I corrected it?

I'm glad you've come to such a conclusion. For some reason I think that's kind if important to you.

Your response: "??? Where do I ever attempt to come off as smart? I simply post my opinions. You can take from that what which will where then why you will."

Notre Dame announces a home-and-home with Texas A&M for 2024 and 2025. That makes games with Georgia in 2017/2019, Ohio State in 2022/2023, and A&M in 2024/2025.
In before Sleeper says something about A&M and the SEC being overrated and ND being irrelevant.

This week's slate of games is awful. Tonight's (11) UCLA vs (15) Arizona State might be the best game on paper. And I'm not that excited about it to begin with.

Update on U of M...Hoke will be fired at season's end. The current AD Dave Brandon will also be fired. The timing of Brandon's firing is based on his replacement's current obligations and the proper handling of them. The new AD at Michigan will be Warde Manuel. Manuel is a former D-tackle at Michigan, Assistant AD at Michigan, Athletic Director at Buffalo and currently the AD at UConn.
Manuel played with and is still friends with Harbaugh who will be his first call about the open HC position.

As much as I have enjoyed the complete disintegration of the scUM football program under Rodriguez and Hoke I really don't wanna see Harbaugh brought in here especially when I'm afraid Urbie is about to be exposed as a fraud. Harbaugh could bring them back to relevancy fairly quickly.

A back up UC RB has been killed in a motorcycle accident today. No telling how this might impact the Bearcats this weekend.
