Well that, and also the show hasn't typically introduced major new characters and have them sit around and just talk about sex. They tend to do something. And also, when Tyrion said he demanded trial by combat there was a reason why the cameras showed Oberyn's response.

It's not a Spoiler when HBO tells you in the title who it is. Or ya know... if you could use some logic and come to the conclusion that is obvious maybe you wouldn't be so upset? Idk.

The Viper wants to kill the Mountain. He's said as much multiple times. They showed the mountain in the previews. They named the episode The Mountain and The Viper. How is it a spoiler if someone on here says who is going to be fighting? You're kind of blind to be honest if you didn't realize who it was.

Also - I have never read the books and want nothing to do with them. And haven't dug up spoilerz on the webz.

And logic, there are 3 potential people:

Jaime - who Tyrion knows is handicapped from Bronn and likely can't do it since he's Kingsguard

Bronn - an awesome character, but he's made it clear he's a mercenary and what can Tyrion promise him? He loses his life, or he risks the ire of the Lannisters.

Oberyn - the mysterious new guy who has gone out of his way to anger the Lannisters and speak of vengeance.

I don't know, but there seems to be a pretty clear frontrunner.

But anyways, I'm pumped that oberyn will get his chance against the mountain. Oberyn is quickly becoming one of my favorite characters on the show.

The actor is growing on me, I didn't particularly care for him at first but he's improved the last two episodes. It is odd that Gregor will be played by the third actor. But that is what happens with series like this.

It wasn't a spoiler. I just don't understand why you have to bring up what is going to happen in the next episode. It wasn't revealed in this episode at all. So just because it was in the trailer or the next episode title reveals it, just fucking talk about it next week when it's actually revealed. I don't see how it's that difficult. But whatever it's not a big deal.

lol just because its in a trailer for half of a second doesn't mean it isn't a spoiler. And seriously, who reads the titles of all of the episodes before the episode is released? It isn't a spoiler worth getting upset about but it IS indeed a spoiler.

Thank you.

All I'm saying. Didn't mean it as a big deal. Just can't comprehend why people on here can't just talk about the previous episodes and not future ones.

Exactly, I know many people that don't watch the previews or check the next episode title because they don't want to know.

If you dvr the ep., the title is front and center. And at any rate anyone that remotely follows the show should have known what the "spoiler" was, unless Dany swoops in with her dragons and becomes Tyrion's champion. That makes about as much sense as anyone else but the "spoiler" champion. The last episode pretty much gave it away, as has the whole season. Why do you think Oberyn is getting so much screen time?

yeah it might be QQing, but I don't understand why some of you can't just accept that there are certain people here who dont want to know ANYTHING that is coming up.

If it seems even remotely like its going to spoil anything for anyone, just don't post it. It's not that hard. Only talk about what HAS happened.

Here is what happened. A new guy from Dorne gets a lot of screen time constantly griping about the Lannisters and how they raped and murdered his sister and how he wants his vengeance listens to a person that will provide the opportunity to get said vengeance.

There is difference between a spoiler and not paying attention to the show.

I have no problems with people who haven't read the books speculating. Its people who have read them coming in and claiming something is so obvious because they already know what will happen. Sure, Oberyn seems like most obvious choice but guess what, crazy unexpected shit happens all the time in this show.

Some crazy stuff like Ned's death, but pretty much everything else has been pretty much foreseeable. Both the Red and Purple weddings were telegraphed. Some great scenes in both cases, but they shouldn't have been a shock. In the former, the Freys were p.o.'ed and Bolton had already joined some sort of alliance with the Lannisters, in the latter there had to be some reason why a drunken knight like Ser Dontos got screen time with Sansa and gave her a necklace specifically to wear at the wedding.

Dude, its foreseeable because uhhh you've already seen it lol. Like I said, its easier to pick up on every little thing when you know exactly what you are looking for.

I had no fucking clue the Red Wedding was coming, nor did I foresee anything when the drunk gave Sansa the necklace.

If you had read the books it would've been obvious...obviously.

So you didn't wonder why they showed a guy that has been absent for over two seasons? They just randomly showed a drunk giving Sansa a gift - for the wedding?

Hmmmmmm. The show for the most part has been pretty "tight-plotted" - things happen for a reason. So far, at any rate I think they are going off-book script so there won't be any more spoilers. I've enjoyed this season for the most part and think it is going to end very pleasantly well.

Yeah, I wondered wtf was the point of that scene and that was it. It didn't start coming together for me until AFTER Joff's death.

I just continued to watch the show, I don't delve into the meaning of every scene.....too many plotlines and characters for that. I just enjoy watching.
