What was the significance of the iron coin at the end? That was the money they took from that farmer?

And when the she-hag got kicked in the crotch....hmmmmm

That was the coin given to her by Jaqen H'ghar. He was the guy from season 2, I think, who asked Arya for 3 people to kill and helped her escape from Harenhall. She initially saved him when he was being taken to the wall in the first season.

Well anyway, after they escaped Harenhall, he gave her the coin and told her to give it to any man from Braavos and say "valar morghulis".

As Ted explained, that was her "ticket" to Bravos. edited OB1

-Glad the hound died (or did he?)...he was a great character but a terrible, terrible human being lol

-Get you some, Tyrion!

-I hate the storyline with Bran Stark...it's very mythical and supernatural and I don't like it.

-Tywin Lannister deserved to die via a cross bow while on the shitter.

-Was Shay banging Tywin the whole time? Or just recently? I thought maybe they were always fucking and Tywin sent her to like Tyrion to "spy".

-Still no white walkers, or dragons.

-Awesome fucking season of television.
I wouldn't be surprised if Tywinn isn't dead.

Also - those weren't white walkers that attacked Bran?

Were they?

Maybe they were...but they didn't look like the normal white walkers we've seen here and there, so I didn't think they were.

I just assume zombies means white walkers. Also, i agree with the supernatural stuff. Dragons is one thing, magic takes me out of it a bit.

those weren't white walkers, merely long dead wights. The white walkers your thinking of have the blue eyes. Sam killed one and one "turned" Crasters kid

Okay that's what I thought. I knew they weren't WW's when the first one died with a simple sword hit. That doesn't happen to WW's.

Haha I thought the same exact thing and even said it last night. Magic is a little too much for me

So whats going on with the Mountain? It looks like he is going to survive but be "different". Probably being healed by some sorcery shenanigans. It seems like this next season is going to be BIG in supernatural shit. I like that type of stuff so it wont bother me like it looks like it will some of you. Sadly, Danys storyline just bored the hell out of me for the most part this season. Too bad we have to wait 10 years for the next season.

so apparently (I am not going to SPOIL anything by stating what I've seen today) book readers are upset about how it ended. I thought the episode was awesome and it sucks we have to wait so long for the next season.

As a book reader, I thought it was an awesome episode. I was waiting for everything to happen all season, the things that happened in this episode. Stanis coming to save the day, Tyrion escaping and killing Shae and Tywin, and The Hound's death. I thought they added stuff to make it better in this episode. The fight between Brienne and The Hound never happened in the book. In the book, The Hound died from injuries he sustained in that attack a few episodes ago. I thought HBO's version made for a better death.

Only the book NERDS would be upset about the episode.

"Only the book NERDS would be upset about the episode."

It is still going to happen. I think this season has been great, and if the show has two seasons left in it, then perhaps they will be great as well. D&D have done a masterful job. They've band-aided all of GRRM's mistakes, including making the story more fantasy and "magical" than what made people like it in the first place - the political intrigue.

Thanks, I did read that.....means "all men must die". Tough to remember something like that from 2-3 years ago. If she meets back up with that dude that could be even better than the Hound (and maybe start making some progress on her "list").

C'mon, it's a simple blood transfusion :)

Don't know what to expect. He said not weaker, just different. Knowing RR it will turn Gregor into a psychopathic pedophile, making him an ideal candidate to be Hand of the King.
