Worst justification to rent EVAR. I own and sit inside and don't do shit. Your logic is flawed.dlazz;1565077 wrote:Have fun putting in your new porch and cutting down that tree. While you're outside doing that, I'll be inside doing absolutely nothing.
LOL. enough said.
Enjoy!

Except, my lot in Massillon was 3 times that size. O_o. Regardless, I moved out of Massillon and moved onto a 36,000 sq ft lot in Perry. I have plenty to mow.Belly35;1565148 wrote:reps to the avatar

It's mostly obstructed by the fence rail. It comes in from the left.Belly35;1565157 wrote:Where the driveway?

I might look into it. Transitioning jobs, which will entail a move.
I currently rent because owning is too damn expensive up here.

I wish I could do more, just signed the contract for our house and will take it to the bank tomorrow (Friday).
We have a list of things we want to do to the house:
-- Paint exterior (most is done, just needs higher areas touched up)
-- New garage door openers
-- Refinish the deck
-- New exterior back door
-- Remove wood paneling and wallpaper from interior
-- New bathrooms
-- Redo the nursery (9 weeks and 4 days away from Baby!)
-- After paneling/wallpaper is removed, probably have to remove plaster then drywall and paint
-- Update kitchen with more than a Easy Bake Oven
Yep, it's a list...but our house is livable and we love it. Just an old house and it'd be nice to update it.

Osh we went to home depot tonight. I gave them a I just bought a house I will probably be spending a good amount here and they gave me a card good for 10% off anything even sell items for the next 6 months. I would recommend trying to go that route it seemed like standard procedure for them.

Last June, when we moved, we got the Lowe's discount card. It's been pretty valuable thus far.
I think if/when we start doing any renovations or upgrades, we'll have to do that. With the baby coming, many of our projects are probably not going to get done.

More raised garden beds. Fencing around the garden beds in the back yard to keep the dogs out of them. Painting the house. Other random, small projects, I'm sure.

More succession planting. Also adding potatoes, more carrots, and more lettuce varieties so far. Still putting my list together.Belly35;1565612 wrote:more garden area ? What are you adding to you crop?
