I blasted through season 4 a few weeks ago. Thought it was a significant drop in quality between 3 and 4.

Hopefully season 5 has more Natalie Zea

Thought the season premier was a little underwhelming. Dewey Crow sucks.

Agreed. I was disappointed in it. Not sure a fight with the Crowes can sustain a season.

Without being able to recall 100% of what's happened each of the past four seasons, there has seemed to be a pattern developing where Raylan battles a large villain throughout the season while squaring off with less significant guys on an episode-by-episode basis. That's my take, anyways. I'm not very intrigued if the Crowes are going to be playing the role of the larger villains throughout this season.

I'm not completely against the Crowes this season, because they added a new one, and I like Michael Rappaport as an actor. Nothing, IMO, will top Maggs Bennett, but I think this could be a good season.

The Crowe sister has that hillbilly hotness that always intrigues me.

I think the Canadians become the large villain this season. Unfortunately, it's hard for me to buy Will Sasso as a tough guy.

And the other guy used to be on Kids in the Hall...and he usually played all the woman parts!

I think I've liked every other episode or so. This week was really slow.

I watched all the other seasons through amazon prime - it's harder to get into when there is only 1 episode a week. I think the show is a lot better when you watch episodes back to back.

It's been a little slow so far, but I think where it's going, seems like some good twists are coming.

At least this last episode had a Raylan and Boyd encounter. The show is always better when that happens.

Incredible is a little much. I agree that the last episode set a lot of plots in motion.

This show must suck. I mean, I saw the question on the Sheep League about what the best FX show was, looked on their website to see what shows they had, saw this one was the only one with a front page thread and picked it.

And was the only one. I am full of sad!

I said so far. I've just been glued to every scene it seems, like this feels like a Dexter Season 4 kind of year

You're easily impressed. I thought the first 4 episodes were pretty average. This last one stepped it up though.
