So I'm putting a wet bar in my man cave. Forgot to include the drain in my calculations and the drain is 1" below the out feed which is at the lowest it can be to the sewer. Is there anything out there to fix my problem so I don't have water sitting in the bottom of my drain?

Will this be connected to a sewer/septic or do you want a gravity flow?

The line to the sewer is about 20 feet to the right of the pipe in the wall.

You need a pump. Only way water will flow without gravity.

Buddy thinks a studor mini vent will work. Gonna try that first before going to menards and dropping 240

Vent will not work. You need a utility sink pump.

Is this picture what you are having problems with? If so cut the 1" off the pipe on the bottom of the sing that will bring the trap up the inch you need for the drain in the wall.

The bottom of the drain is 1" above the out feed. I had a block pushing the out feed in that picture which didn't help anything

This. Add that extra vent too to get lots of air behind the water. With it being a wet bar I am assuming that you won't be using it to wash dishes or anything? If so that short tailpiece shouldn't cause any issues

Turn your trap around. That should take care of the problem. It should make up the inch that way

Ok I understand now. How hard would it be to raise the cabinet the sink sits in a few inches?

You can also buy whats called a low profile sink I think the bowl is only 4 inches deep. That might be an option as well.

I've maxed them out as far as height. It's a corian top that's into the outlets already

I see, does that drain, drain into a stack? Stack being sewer line that comes up out of the floor of the basement to the first floor of the house for the bathrooms and kitchen. Main sewer would be what comes into your house.

It's in basement. Drains into a 3" line that connects at the elbow that comes in from the street

I guess I should have read the whole thread. I think from all the info provided you will have to buy a pump. Only other way is if you have a floor drain somewhere close you could always run it to that but make sure you run plenty of water after washing out bottles.
