Devin M. Smith, 22, was driving southbound on Wales Avenue NW around 8:30 a.m. when he left the road and rolled his vehicle, according to the traffic accident report from the police department. He will be cited in the accident for failure to control, police said.
The traffic report indicates alcohol was suspected in the crash. Smith’s blood was tested and the results showed that he was under the legal limit, according Chief Mark Brink. The accident remains under investigation.
