When we fought for our independence, did we bomb civilian filled locations in London and provoke it? Or did we declare our freedom and then defend ourselves against their MILITARY invasion? The circumstances of the situation dictate who is a freedom fighter and who is a terrorist. First of all, you have no context. Allied fighting in Europe during WWII cost the lives of children. That is not tantamount to murder. Likewise, those fighting aparthied did not set out to kill innocents since that didn't advance their cause. Secondarily, your solution of "leaving" is not practical.
