Anchorman 2. Probably 6/10.

But it met the only standard I have: getting my money's worth. Plenty of laughs

Just got back from Anchorman 2. I thought it was better than the first. A solid 8/10. I also liked the overall message of the movie. That 24 hour news channels are complete bullshit.

Well, the critics were right about Lone Ranger. What a terrible movie. It was like they tried to copy Pirates of the Caribbean but forgot plot, good acting and characters.

2/10, with the 2 for the time they played the Lone Ranger theme.

Anchorman 2 7/10. Thought the first 3/4 of the movie was hilarious. Then they started trying too hard in my opinion.

First of all, I call bullshit. Secondly, we too watched that movie last night  but one of my friends caught something towards the end of the movie:

I had seen the movie before but never noticed that.

Also, I give Anchorman 2 a 9/10. I actually liked it better than the first. But I've heard mixed reviews that it's too long, or they made Brick too retarded.

Brick was definitely more ridiculous in this one, but I think it worked for the most part.

Also, the scene when they meet Linda Jackson was great, but there was a dumbass in the back of the theater loudly proclaiming that it was racist. Turns out it was some stupid white girl, probably late teens. Meanwhile, the black dude in front of me was laughing his ass off.

I just thought after the injury that it went from a great comedy to a spoof style comedy

Yeah, I don't really disagree. I still enjoyed the spoof stuff, but it was a little out of control at times.

I still thought it was hilarious and truth be told when I originally saw Anchorman 1 in the theatre I hated it then I watched it on dvd and loved it. Maybe a 2nd viewing will move it up from a 7.

So you pretty much knew the movie sucked ass before watching, yet you still watched it. Did you just watch it to bitch?

Well I had a $50 itunes card, have to use it on something. But I'm glad even though it is Christmas you are consistent in your douchebaggery towards me.

1) Many critics hate movies that I end up enjoying....thus I can't judge until I can see it.

2) In this case I agree with the critics, if you can find something I said that was objectionable, I'd love to hear it.

Jesus what is your deal? Do you follow me around on every thread and be a grade A asshole with every post?

What is your obsession with me?

It's Xmas eve here, and I made that post yesterday. Hope this helps.

Also this is the first time I've addressed you in awhile, spare the "stalker" bullshit for somebody else. Nobody gives a fuck about you, get over yourself.

If you want to waste money on shitty movies then so be it, just find it funny you decided to bitch about it when you knew it was going to suck. Apparently your life isn't as amazing as you pretend it is on here, if you are wasting your time with shitty movies.

Apparently you do. I don't care about you but apparently you give a fuck about me. I've never harassed you...not once. But for someone who doesn't care you sure seem obsessed with me.

Back to the point of the thread, was there something wrong with what I said about the Lone Ranger? It was on topic, and my opinion. And you were a douche, and have been for months. You and your gaggle of idiots would have chased away many posters (and may have), but I'm just going to call you out on it.

Now do you have anything to say about movies, or not?

We enjoy watching movies at night - go figure...that means unless it is something that I have zero interest in, chances are that films widely released in the U.S. are ones we eventually rent. It might be months later, but we usually get around to most of them.

At least I posted about something that is on topic.
