7.5 yards per carry. Only Barry Sanders can claim a better average.

OK, I'll play...

So not only is it 7.8, but these players can claim more Steward Butler, Elijah McGuire, Terry Baggett, Karlos Williams and Melvin Gordon. Furthermore, Lache Seastrunk and Terrence Magee can claim the same.

Best back in the country, would have been a candidate along with Brax had they not missed time.

Carlos Hyde is simply the best college player in the country. I don't care if the stats said he averaged 1 ypg; the guy is a winner.

The Heisman is a complete joke. Jordan Lynch should win this with ease.

This door stop hasn't had true relevance since Eddie won it.

Charles Woodson disproves this.

If he'd played all the games, I don't think they could ignore him.

For me, it's meant nothing since 1973 when John Hicks didn't win it.

At least they got the school correct last year, just not the player.

Who from A&M do you think should've won it?

Carlos is going to be a great back in the NFL. I'm surprised the RB from Boston college isn't being mentioned at all. He has 2105 yds and 17 tds.

leaving his last game early with an injury really hurt Andre Williams' chances. If he played September and October like he did in November, he would definitely be the frontrunner

Yeah it really sucks he got injured in his last game. Dude has been a beast for pretty much every game this year.

As for Hyde I think he should get an invite, would probably be the front runner if he didn't miss the first 3 games.
