The old bookstore at the corner of 15th and High would be a perfect location for it.
I played Counterstrike at a place like this in Denmark. It was basically two modular homes connected....maybe two construction trailers. They had a ridiculous candy and soda selection. I believe it was open 24 hrs.

I'd love to open up a high-end beer store. Ditch the Keystone forever, and get cheap high-end booze.

I could teach you if you are really interested in it. It's not a lot of work and the dividends are pretty good.

I think they're pretty common overseas.

I think a place like that would only catch on near a college campus in the States, though. Plenty of potential customers (18-25 crowd)

Jesus. Why the fuck would I buy my own beer at retail? You think I'm going to drink 2 cases/day? What business owner doesn't buy his/her own goods at cost? Who marks things up before they sell them to themselves?

I'm enjoying this discussion between RDI and ETB. "High end craft beers" is just another way of saying "Well Marketed Bud Light".

I got what he was saying as well. Reminds me of the people who buy a bar since they already spend a lot of time in bars, so they might as well get paid.
