There is a place locally that pretty much has all you are asking for. Indoor soccer field, fitness center, tennis courts, swimming pool, and had a bar in it as well. Two floods ruined it. The new spillway lets out so much more water than the old one, but they didnt do anything to expand where the water goes. A number of farmers down the road have won some lawsuits because of the excessive flooding that has occurred. That place I am talking about did win som emoney but not near enough to reopen. They still rent out and use the indoor soccer for winter leagues though.
Loved going to that place.....work out, play hoops, do whatever and then sit and have a few beers! Counter productive I know...but still a blast.
