Now that they're public someone came up with a crude calculator to figure out how much your account is "worth" to twitter. My personal account check in at $4, the OC account at $2, and my Reds themed account at $1946.

It's just a stupid calculator that takes 10 seconds to use. It isn't supposed to be based in any sort of reality.
