What/where is yours? I know we've had similar threads, but the MJ topic got me thinking.

I would love something like this:

I am a huge fan of the front porch, all of the windows, and the outdoor living space. I would gladly live in Ohio the rest of my life, so that's my where.

Right now, all I want is a yard for my dogs. The apartment is unfair to them.

Like houses like the one pictures, but would never want more than 3000 sq ft (excluding basement). 3 car side loaded garage.

The picture in the middle looks like a dollhouse. That's pretty awesome (not that my dream is to live in a dollhouse, but in a mansion like that lol). I like that it's sort of a cross between a modern home and a classic victorian.

That house is pretty sweet.

My dream house could literally be a shack if it was located here.

I'd be pretty content with the home in Fab's post. Kinda big, though.

I've always been partial to the California modern look with a lot of windows and geometric complexity.

I like the log cabin look - but any dream house would have to have the dream garage.

I like log cabins, too. If it had been up to my stepdad, I probably would have grown up in one. My mom is not a fan at all, though.

Lady D'Friskies and I seriously considered buying a Victorian heap on Neil Avenue (Victorian Village, near Fourth Avenue, between downtown C-bus and tOSU campus) earlier this year. We finally decided just to improve our heap out here in suburbs - we could afford the new place, but not the ongoing maintenance. Several people who have bought houses in the area told us the annual upkeep would be another house payment that never goes away.

Still haven't ruled out a small place on the Oregon Coast yet, but with the Grandpa/Grandma thing going on now here in Ohio, that's not happening for a few years.
