Duke shooting under 50% of FTs just something you dont see very often. They need to start hitting them.

Embiid and Wiggins are so damn good defensively. Wiggins will obviosuly play a ton, but Embiid needs more minutes.

Its still early. I wouldnt be shocked to see the refs become more lax coupled with players adapting. I dont think we will see this after the first month or so.

So to start the game Parker was unguardable, then Self puts Wiggins on him. Parker then goes 13 minutes without a FG and put up 2 airballs. Wiggins gets his 4th, and Parker immediately hits back to back buckets.

Kid might be the best defender in college basketball. That just isnt fair.

I dont follow college recruiting closely, but obviously have heard of the process with Parker and Wiggins. All I have to say about these guys is the hype is real, unlike the Harrison Barnes' and 'Bazz Muhammads of the world. I hope these two get a chance to meet again this season.

Its a damn shame the Cavs will miss out on both of these guys lol

Wiggins is just unreal. Parker, too. But damn that step back J to go up 4 was smooth, and in an incredibly needy time.

And as Laley said a couple times..his defense is phenomenal.

He's the #1 pick, hands down. I don't care about anything else. He's #1, lock.

Hell of a win. Hope KU moves to 2, even though they'll probably be 3.

Side note:

Hit on an 9 team parlay and took home a cool 155$ tonight.

Indiana ML
Kansas +5
MSU -3
Ohio +17
VCU +3
Syracuse ML
Utah St. ML
Louisville ML
Arizona St. ML

Best part is I thought I lost because I thought I had taken Oakland +17 vs. UCLA. So I wasnt even worried during the later games. Just checked... Kansas is still PENDING, but yeah, thats my biggest win ever.

That's why everyone is hyped about this draft. You have those 3. Then you also have a few returning guys who could've gone first round last year (Smart, Robinson III, Cauley-Stein, Harris, Hood). Then you have about another 6-8 Freshman who could get into the lottery (Selden, Vonleh, Young, Harrisons, Embiid, Gordon).

Right now, you have McGary and Cauley-Stein likely not even in the top 20, and guys who may have gone top 15 or higher had they come out last year.
