Never understood why anyone gives a fuck how someone else prefers their food to be prepared. I typically order it medium but some places I like it a bit better medium rare but it's not like medium well is gross or ruined.

I think it's gross to cover it with mushroom/onions/peppers that some do....but it's how they like it, big whoop.

It's also ridiculous that a chef won't leave a steak on the grill for a few more minutes to satisfy the paying customer.
