Last nite, and at other times, yes. That is when Scott is playing well. Which he doesn't play well often IMO. There have been many times that the OSU offense is better when Russell is at the pt and Scott is on the bench. More times than not honestly. I have never really been a fan of Scott. But thought he would have a solid senior year with Craft gone. And he really hasn't. (although none of the seniors have). But yes, when Scott plays well, just as when Loving plays well (not lately!), it opens things up for Russell.
