Pretty Pissed Off by tonight's result. With 11 second to go just clear the puck out of your zone and take the fucking point. Do the bluejackets not remember missing the playoffs last year because of 1 point. Take the point and see what happen in OT. instead you allow a goal with less the 3 second SMH....

Huge ouch tonight...needed a point. Detroit wins. New Jersey wins. Devils play Carolina, Calgary, Ottawa and New York Isles. Then, they host Boston, who will undoubtedly be sitting guys after clinching the top seed.

Refs screwed us. Should have never been in our zone in the first place.

Through 1, CBJ dominating the Isles. This is how it went vs Colorado for 2+ periods. It would be nice to get up 4-0 or 5-0 and then they can afford to joke around in the 3rd.

Jackets look like shit in the 2nd. The Islanders have about a dozen shots and the entire game has been in Bob's face...

Barring a collapse both Detroit and Columbus make the playoffs it seems. Detroit plays Carolina and Buffalo and then St Louis and Pitt will probably mail it in(hopefully) so a lot of points to be had if they stay hungry. A Detroit/Pittsburgh series would be entertaining, and CBJ/BOS is a good matchup as they're very similar teams

That's by far the preferred path. Would rather not get skullfucked by the Bruins in the first round.

@ Florida
@ Tampa
@ Pittsburgh
vs Carolina

CBJ's remaining games:
vs Phoenix
@ Dallas (with a 1-0 advantage)
@ Tampa
@ Florida

CBJ definitely have the tougher road, with Phoenix and Dallas battling for the last spot in the West, and Philly also currently holds a 37-35 advantage in regulation/overtime wins, so it's tough to see how they can jump over the Flyers (though not impossible)

Need the 6 seed. Otherwise, I'd rather be the eight. Nothing will be worse than having Pittsburgh bring 40% of the crowd to NWA for the playoffs.
