30,000 fans for the last REGULAR season game. Hopefully 43,000 at the next game.

Seriously, have we ever had a pitching staff with the amount of talent as this one in the modern era? If this staff was on the 90's teams, we would have 5 rings easy.

I was at the game tonight and what a nice, rocking chair affair it was. A whole bunch of happy people.

^^^^yep...but we've won nothing yet. I'm glad we put them away before the end... I needed to get some sleep!!!

I posted earlier on another thread about how there few alive in Cleveland today that ever lived thru a true pennant race....it's a month long daily grind that you just don't get in football. Now we are nearing the end. Judging by the last few crowds, it looks like people are starting to get it.

I have this feeling that the Tribe are going to have to sweep Minny to get in without having to have to play Texas in a one game playoff just to play Tampa.

It's sure looking like it. I'm hoping the Yankees can pull off the win today to try and get mo the save at his last game at Yankee stadium

17-2 versus them for the year. I can't remember that type of one-sided dominance of the Tribe over an opponent ever.

Never together. Cliff sucked when CC was great and CC was gone when Cliff was amazing (though CLiff went 18-4 as a rookie, but the record was a bit of a mirage).

Also, I think the Yankees win tonight and the Angels will win at least one versus Texas. Angels might be the hottest team outside of the Tribe in September.
