I bitch about them not running a lot, but that was a terrible time to do it! I dont hate the aggression, really. But I get made when they dont run when they should.TBone14;1504070 wrote:Indians try running and Brantley gets thrown out. Aviles walks on the next pitch.
Remember that next time we are bitching about them not running if Giambi can't come through.
Winning run in Brantley had just walked. Aviles was ahead 2-1 and he swung at a ball. The guy was really wild. Thats not a good time, imo.

They have to win this after the way the Astros have played and the fact they went like 15 innings last night. I know the rosters expanded, but they have to have some dead/unavailable arms tonight...

Reading an article in the paper the other day....
Chris Antonetti will have some hard decisions in the off season.... Scott Kazmir will be a free agent at the end of the season, and the club and Ubaldo Jimenez have a mutual option for $8 million. Early in the year, it appeared that there would be no way the Tribe would pick up UJ's option....but that appears to have changed into at least a possibility. UJ has said that he wouldn't mind staying. Antonetti will have have to decide whether to pick up that option or pursue Kazmir or both....not helping is the dismal gate figures.

Still have no idea why they didn't include a team option in kazmir. A playoff appearance and doing things such as signing FAs and resigning your own guys will go a long way for Dolan.HitsRus;1504164 wrote:Reading an article in the paper the other day....

I haven't figured out why they don't insist on options either... It wouldn't be the first time that they've rehabbed a guy then he's left the next year for free agency
