great day today! 11.5 mile run at Buckeye trail with two of my good friends. ran in shorts and long sleeve t-shirt. lots of people out walking their dogs.

Sure was a nice day for a run give, what section of the Buckeye Trail were you on? Also got out in shorts today and ran 6 miles in the very crowded Rocky River Reservation.

Station, I went to the part right outside of Tipp City by Charleston Falls. We only have to run 3 miles to get to Taylorsville MetroPark.

Tipp had a 2 mile time trial on the track yesterday. It's my spring break, so I'm running with them this week. Ricky Andrews didn't show up, so I'll find out today if he is still injured.

No, it was just distance.

Andrews is healthy. Ran a hard 5 mile run with him today.

Station!!!!!!! You're running 6 miles a day now!!!!!! I remember when you first started! My goodness you are really making an effort to keep up with your wife! Good for you!!!

This will be an interesting year for me. I think it's the year whereby I won't be able to keep up with my daughter. I knew that day would come but I didn't think it would be this soon.

LOL, no way can I keep up with my wife, she's averaging 80-90 miles a week right now, getting ready for the "Forget the PR" 50K in April, I'd die if I tried! Never could keep up with my daughter either, her mileage isn't that much higher then mine, but she's way faster!
