I assume it's HBO. Why else would they skip ahead 7 years. We missed Rothstein getting killed.

Boom called it with Jimmy's son.
And saw the ending coming as they started to tie up loose ends.
I thought the finale was solid, everything came full circle.
The Joe Kennedy angle was nice and I liked how Margaret turned into a sharp trader.
The Commission scene was great as well. But, I wished they spent more time on it as that shaped organized crime to this day.

In a way, it felt a lot like the Sopranos finale with us and Nucky waiting for the hit and expecting it around every corner. Except they left it pretty unambiguous what happened.
