I have my doubts that Weeden plays on Sunday...sprained thumbs usually keep them out a week or so

If this team takes a big step back this year from the 4 or 5 wins we have been averaging, what does it say about the state of the franchise?
How long will Jimmy be able to get away with not putting any money into the team (most un-used cap room in the NFL) and a watchable product on the field before the fans finally start revolting against the Browns the way they did against the Dolan's when they tried a similar strategy of being overly thrifty?
With the amount of executives we have had since 99 you'd think at some point at least 1 regime could get it right if for no reason but an accident, and it still doesn't happen.
I just feel bad for Browns fans, because we don't deserve the continued incompetence that is perpetually thrust upon us.
