Having some internet issues and I have no clue about this crap. I am trying to figure out if my problem is in my comps or in the lines coming into the house. The internet keeps going in and out if I am watching netflix or youtube it hardly works at all. If I am watching a tv show it will stop and acts like its loading. I end up resetting it and sometimes that does not work. I have noticed its slow loading pages when before it was never this bad. I have ran antivirus on both comps and they both are clean. I have road runner turbo and the test I done said ping was 18ms, download speed 22.73mbps, and upload speed of 2.30mbps. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

That is what I decided to do.
