If you lose a team to the title game, you get to pick a replacement before everyone else. So, if everything stands...
The Sugar Bowl loses #1 Alabama, and thus would get the choose from every eligible team EXCEPT the other automatic bid winners (Big XII, B1G, AAC, Pac 12).
The Orange Bowl loses #2 Florida State, and thus would get to choose from every eligible team EXCEPT the other automatic bid winners AND whoever the Sugar takes.
The other 4 division winners are then assigned to their respective games and the bidding process then starts again.
The selection for the final three at-large spots are on a rotating basis, with this year being 1. Orange, 2. Sugar, 3. Fiesta. So, all of his holding true, we can assume...
Sugar loses Alabama, selects Texas A&M (SEC draw, Heisman winner)
Orange loses Florida state, selects Clemson (ACC draw)
Ohio State and Oregon fill the Rose
UCF goes to the Orange as the AAC bid to play Clemson
Baylor goes to the Fiesta as the Big XII bid
The Sugar Bowl then selects Wisconsin as the first at-large
The Fiesta Bowl then must select Fresno State or Northern Illinois (if either finish in the top 12 of the BCS, they automatically get a bid
Alabama vs Florida State - National Championship
Oregon vs Ohio State - Rose Bowl
Texas A&M vs Wisconsin - Sugar Bowl
Clemson vs Central Florida - Orange Bowl
Baylor vs Fresno State - Fiesta Bowl
