Not a good combination of factors...

Don't know if it's Buffalo's RB being good or the defense just sucking, though. Early in the game, they were talking about how Buffalo's struggled with the run this year, but their gameplan dictates they try to establish it. Gave me the impression that they had more success on the ground last night than in previous games.
Once again....only fuckin Shitsburgh "fans" crying and bitching about the refs. Waa waa waa. Cry me a fuckin river.

Yeah Tom McCabe made that awful call against OU. He's a bottom tier D1 ref and I have him ranked 7th best referee in the MAC

BU is the 4th best team in the country. I'd go 1. OSU, 2. FSU, 3. Alabama, 4. Baylor.

Book it.

Now I will be the biggest LSU fan this weekend. Alabama will have the toughest road of the top 3 . I don't really see FSU or OSU losing or really being challenged the rest of the way.

I don't see how Baylor doesn't jump Stanford at this point.

I think McCarron is back in the Heisman hunt now. Why he's been out is a mystery to me. The kid is good and just keeps winning. Plus his mom and GF would look good in NYC and ESPN lives that shit.

I'm curious why. If Stanford was already ahead of Baylor, and Stanford beats #3 while Baylor beats #10, why does that cause Baylor to jump them?

Baylor now has a quality win and Stanford has a horrible loss. Yes, Stanford beat a better team... but that loss to Utah just kills them.

Because if they're going to put OSU at 3 with the horrendous schedule they have played so far they HAVE to put Baylor at 4.

You've been coming off as a very bitter anti-OSU person lately. You used to seem somewhat unbiased.

But that loss to Utah is already accounted for, and they are still #5 because of their SOS. Stanford's is 12, while Baylor's is 93. Stanford is 3-0 vs. top 30 teams, Baylor 1-0. And we know how much you like that stat. ;)

Body of work changes as season goes along. Baylor's big knock before last night is they've played a terrible schedule and haven't faced a ranked opponent (At the time of the game or even ranked later on). Now they have the victory to put away some of the doubts.

You can disagree with me all you want, but I'd be shocked if Baylor doesn't jump Stanford.

What I said is 100% true. Im not anti-OSU, im anti OSU fans who think the B1G isn't terrible(aside from OSU) What else have I said that isn't true? Some people on here still don't think the SEC is definitely the best conference FFS.

I'm just saying that you seem to always want to talk negatively about OSU in some way. You're basically becoming a Sleeper type persona (with his anti-ND schtick).

I think people on here (well everyone except Sleeper) do agree that the SEC is the best conference. The disagreement is about the difference between the SEC and other conferences. It's not as big as ESPN would like us to believe.

And the B1G isn't as down as ESPN (And you) would likes us to believe.

Stanford's body of work has 4-0 vs top 30 and 2-0 vs top 10.

What makes you think the B1G isn't as down as people are saying? What rank do you have them of the BCS conferences?

The question is will the computers put Baylor ahead of OSU if they win out? Wisconsin and Texas Tech are close in the rankings as are Michigan State and Oklahoma State. The win against Oklahoma could be enough. That's 3 decent wins vs 2 for Ohio State.

You can count me in as someone who doesn't think the SEC is the best conference. I'm not sure why that opinion bothers you so much but I do find it hilarious on how Mizzou and A&M, both middle of the road at best B12, are now DOMINATING the all mighty SEC. I mean half the conference is junk teams suitable for the Sun Belt and of the 7 remaining teams, 2 are former B12 teams, and 3 are overrated every year(SC, Georgia, Florida) leaving only 2 schools worth half a bag of potato chips(LSU & Bama). And really, I'd only put Alabama as a 'great' team but even they aren't as good as previous years and are living off the past 2 championships rather than the current year.

But before you go cry to your mom about the SEC, the B1G is nothing special this year either. I mean a third of the conference is junk teams suitable for the MAC and of the remaining 8 teams, Michigan/Penn State/Northwestern/Wisconsin/Nebraska/Iowa have all shit the bed leaving OSU and MSU as the only 2 schools worth half a bag of potat..sound familiar?

I don't really disagree with this but I will say that Texas A&M, while historically middle of the road in the Big 12 has had The reigning Heisman Tropy winner and one of the better College Quarterbacks in recent memory on their team so it would not be shocking that they would be doing well, even in the SEC. Other than Ohio State, A&M would probably run right through the Big 10 quite easily.

You can count me in as someone who thinks Manziel is overrated. Remember all those years when we had all those QBs that were putting up crazy stats(Colt Brennan, Case Keenum, Graham Harrell, etc) and they never won any Heismans or got any hype? That's because they played in an overrated system offense in the B12. Now all of a sudden Manziel, who's the same system QB as above, shreds the SEC(which used to be heralded for super ultra strong defense LOL) and now these stats matter.

Still doesn't explain Mizzou's rise, I mean seriously Mizzou is winning the East? LOL
