Lets put it this way with Kiffin. He very well might not work. However, he's not going to tear down the program. I'd guess if it's not a fit, he'll be gone in 1-2 years.
I said fire, not leave for a different job. The point is, I hate hearing that because Saban hired them, then they have to be good. Hogwash. He his human like the rest of us.
Kiffin could end up being the greatest OC Alabama has ever had. I just think he has done very little to earn NFL and major college coaching jobs. Then after choking those away, he becomes OC at arguably the best CFB program right now.
My guess is, he'll have 2 or 3 good seasons as OC at Alabama (and again, because Alabama, not because Kiffin), then move on to another HC job where he'll fail again. Then he'll get some other high profile gig because who knows why.
