How does it work for hooking cable tv into Xbox? Does the Xbox interface just overlay on top your current cable tv package? You obviously still need a DTV cable box right?McFly1955;1541194 wrote:My Xbox One is delivered and sitting at home waiting for me along with Battlefield 4...I also ordered COD Ghosts today for $49 on amazon (even though I always tell myself I won't buy COD), but that won't be here until Monday/Tuesday.
I should have some time to mess around tonight and over the weekend with the Xbox One and I'll post my impressions and compare to the PS4 sometime soon.
I hope I like the Xbox One, and then I think things will look like this in my family room:
-Get rid of Roku
-TV plugged in through Xbox, everything done on the Xbox as far as Netflix/Hulu/TV/Youtube (we have kids and use those apps a lot).
-The PS4 will remain hooked up but be used only for first party games primarily.
So unless the Xbox One has some problems I'm thinking it will be used a lot in our house.
