it was great. she asked this guy if the evidence showed that trayvon was pulling away from zimmerman when he fired his gun. the guy said no and explained why. she cut him off and said "you arent answering my question!"

FL authorities ain't gonna let Zimmy walk...the allowance of lesser charge consideration definitely gives the jury "an out" to stick him with something that will at least keep him locked up for a couple years until this flavor of the month is long forgotten. Riots would have cost the state billions in lost tourism revenue, so now its all taken care of...ya actually gotta kinda hand to 'em for being smart about this.

^You serious Clark...being smart about this? Putting a man in jail to avoid others committing crimes? Didn't know our country worked that way! These lesser charges and other charges now are BS. The state couldn't prove their case but lets to our best to get him on something. I hope you're never on trial for anything!

The idea of putting him in jail to avoid riots is crazy. The riots won't be in tourism areas anyway. Florida had several race riots in the 80's that didn't affect tourism at all because the riots occur in the inner cities.

The 80s? Ya mean back when folks used to get their news from 3 local network stations? Folks today all over the world are transfixed by this trial and riots (no matter where they take place) would kill FL for a few weeks and that means billions baby billions of lost dollars. Right or wrong...the great redneck state of FL is savings its own bacon on this one.

Unless someone is planning a vacation to the ghetto, the outcome of this trial will not change any vacation plans.

Prosecution laying it on thick in Closing Arguments. Zimmy sitting there like Buddha. Businesses across FL ordering plywood for the windows!

The only thing the prosecution is laying on thick is a lack of evidence against the man.

Laying it on thick means he's being overly dramatic with his sarcasm and time after time of calling Zimmy a liar. Poor final statement. This shoulda been a slam dunk conviction for 2nd degree but now the white Hispanic is gonna walk simply due to incompetence by the prosecution.

How so? There is absolutely no evidence to support that. That's why the prosecution failed. There is nothing there. That's why he wasn't arrested that night. This wasn't even going to trial until Sharpton made it a race issue. There isn't even evidence for manslaughter.

So please, if you disagree, tell us what evidence you have that the state didn't to make this a slam dunk 2nd degree case.

What is a white Hispanic?...are we parsing Hispanics now? Are some more worthy of minority status than others? Should we call him a "wheat cracker"? How do we order the disadvantaged minorities?....Is this what Martin Luther King meant about having a dream that people be judged not by the color of their skin, but by their character?

Love the black media heads trying to diffuse the chances of rioting by acting like it is beyond comprehension that African Americans will riot if Zimmy is found innocent. But the State has their trump card and he's gonna be nailed with something.

I'm guessing that was in case you 'couldn't read it' the first time. (My token racist post for this thread)
