Congrats to Votto and Phillips for getting the NL All-Star vote......and Chappy was also selected.

Bruce not one of the 4 OF reserves or in final vote. Puig is.

So if an outfielder doesn't go to the game, is it a rule that the replacement OF comes from those four?

Puig will win the last vote easily.

After that, if someone is out with injury, you have to think Bruce gets the nod.

I'm pretty sure people will vote Puig in not only because he's taken the league by storm, but he's helped re-surge LA and he would be a spectacle in the home run derby.

If Jay Bruce gets in as a replacement, he will also be derby bound.

Miguel Cabrera
Edwin Encarnacion
Chris Davis
Nelson Cruz
Yasiel Puig
Paul Goldschmidt
Carlos Gonzalez
Domonic Brown

I think the Giants manager takes his own guy (Pence) over Bruce.
