The owner caused the dog's death end of story. He wants to run his mouth to the point the officers had enough and gets cuffed. Big rotty jumps out the window and approaches I would have stopped it too. Even here he says he didn't immediately comply:
'I do apologize if I didn't immediately comply,' Rosby said. 'The music may have been a little loud but I was complying.

SHoulda just shot the dog in the ear or tail as to not harm it too much.

I bet if it was a white dog they would not have shot it.

My point exactly. Trigger-happy cops. The ASPCA should go after these animals (cops) with all their resources.

The guy shouldn't have been arrested and was clearly trying to get the dog to leave. This is 100% the cops fault for creating a situation where the dog had to be shot.

They were investigating an armed robbery. He was asked to turn it down and started spouting off! The guy was in the wrong not the cops!

He wasn't leaving. He put the dog in the car and then marched right over to the cops.

Also, was he arrested, or detained? Guy was being a dick. People should be held accountable for their actions. Our freedoms don't mean you have the right to be an asshole when you want.

I don't feel sorry for the guy.

You sure that is the case? Imagine they use them to control someone while they can get shit settled down.

Dont know why people need to act like dicks.....cop asked you to do something...then do it. Simple.

Wow. I really wish I hadn't watch that.

Couple things here...

1) it's not the Cops fault, and anyone saying it is is just stupid
2) I feel for the dog - definitely was just trying to protect it's master/owner
3) it's the idiot's fault for trying to record the cops and not listening. If this fool would have just got in his car and left, his dog would still be alive today probably.

Yes they do. No law says you can't film cops. He wasn't disrupting a crime scene. The cops were being dicks to be dicks. Dog was protecting the owner.

Except for the fact that he wasn't arrested because he was filming them.

the local news here in LA made a good point, the cop actually reaches out with his left hand to grab the leash before the dog lunges at the cop for the second time.

also the guy claimed to be beaten by the cops after his wife called the cops on him last year.
