this thread does not contain any type of material that is reserved for the basement. in fact, this thread can contain anything EXCEPT basement material. it's one of those "talk about anything" threads, as long as it obeys the rules for serious business.
my only request(merely a request) is that this doesn't get moved to the basement needlessly like my last thread. that would just be silly.
i just ate some pizza rolls and drank some miller lite. i'm going to leave in a little bit for a slow pitch softball game. wish me luck.

Thinking about getting some farmer walks in today or tomorrow. I wonder if it would be beneficial to do heavy weight/short distance, or lighter weight/longer distance.

I should instead consider that someone is either lying about their location or is on vacation somewhere but yet, still going to a slow pitch softball game despite the apparent terrible weather they could possibly be having.
