Based on the reaction from last night, beanballs are probably going to be flying tonight.

Latos on the hill.

Let's hope the Reds don't suck.

Bruce not even being in the top 15 in the all star vote for OF is a travesty. Fuck you Braves, Cardinals, Giants fans!!!

On the same note, you could argue that Freddie Freeman and Paul Goldschmidt deserve it over Votto.

Chapman had one get away from him in the 9th. It came up and in and Walker dropped to the ground to avoid getting hit. Pirate fans now want Pittsburgh to get pay back, despite the fact that more Reds batters have been hit by Pirates pitchers than the other way around.

Chapman's pitch was not intentional, but Pittsburgh fans got their panties in a bunch anyways.

Freeman missed 13 games...and still has 48 RBI's and is hitting .327. I could see it...

Votto doesn't have the RBI because Cozart was one of the worst #2 hitters in the league for the first 2 and a half months of the season and Votto just doenst get pitched to w RISP. 35 more walks than freeman and its not even the ASB.

Bob Walk was bitching about Cueto being a dirty pitcher the last trip to Pittsburgh. Nevermind the fact that the Pirates lead all of MLB in hitting batters with 37 (as of today) and the Reds rank #12 with 24. GFY, Bob.

From the box scores for that series:

HBP - A McCutchen (by J Cueto); S Choo (by W Rodriguez); B Phillips (by M Zagurski).
HBP - B Phillips (by T Watson); T Frazier (by T Watson).
HBP - S Marte 2 (by J Broxton, by A Simon); N Walker (by M Latos); S Choo 2 (by J Gomez, by V Mazzaro).

Its a 100% guarantee that either Choo or BP will get hit in the series. Most likely both.

Choo means nothing. If he got hit any more than he does, he'd be getting plunked in the on deck circle.

Indeed. Or, while chilling on the bench on a scheduled day off. Or, while he sleeps.

I'll keep my stance that Clint Hurdle can't stand BP and if anyone gets it it's him.

Seriously just cracking up reading through Twitter. Some of these guys might be bigger babies than Cardinal fans.

And saw this interesting Tweet:
@DavidMTodd43s
Based on what Searage just told me, fair to assume one or more #Reds are getting drilled tonight. #Pirates
