Judge is still being ridiculous to the defense. All of a sudden a state witness has to give 'perpetual' testimony before trial because he will be absent. That takes everything he/she says out of context for possible cross exam. Other hearings today being rejected, biased toward the state not addressing an issue raised in prior hearing, and now allowing the state to call him names like 'vigilante' and 'wannabe cop'.

Tough to call this one, but the judge has long been manipulating as much as possible for the state. Hell, the hearing to allow 'experts' on voice recognition is still being heard. Naturally they are not allowing the defense time to prepare for the state's claims while forcing the opinion down the jury's throat. The book says he walks but the actions by the state say they are playing dirty to win a conviction. I think the state will have some witness that are willing to say whatever it takes.
This case is fixed . It has been. Our justuce system is a complete joke.

Judge apparently ruled that the prosecution can't use the 911 tape which had supposedly Martin screaming on it. Probably hurts the prosecution a little bit.

Clearly they don't cover "similes" in the Corps...because that was terrible. You probably made a good move going USMC instead of college. You're not cut out for academia.

Ha I don't assume anything. I was just repeating what was reported. And yea the tape was thrown out because no one could actually say who it was. I'm on zimmerman's side in this thing.

I didn't say she did, I was ranting about her 'perpetual testimony' decision.

I'm surprised by the judge's decision not to allow the state's audio 'experts'. They didn't jive with each other so O'Mara would have pwned that in court.
The jury will still hear it, and both sides will say its their guy yelling. Martin's dad said it was not Trayvon yelling, then changed his mind later.

Opening statements just began. Defense up first. Pointing out that Trayvon's family is all there, while Zimmerman's wife and parents are not allowed in the trial because they may be witnesses. Then he moves on to the narrative of the case.

Ehhh, they did lose a son. I can't blame them for demanding a trial, but I think they got wrapped-up with the wrong racist agitators (whom I believe they sought out when it appeared Zimmerman would not be charged).
