So far, not much. Probably just graduating as valedictorian in high school and getting the scholarship I got. Hopefully in two years I'll be able to say I have a doctorate and a masters at age 24.

Too many to list&#8230; the Lord has presented me with many opportunities to accomplishes something some I&#8217;ve failed and others accomplishes. I just look forward to the next challenge. </SPAN>

I haven't really accomplished much because I don't put effort into anything.

Dropping from a peak weight of 270 down to a current weight of 185 and maintaining it. Weighing 30 pounds less than I graduated HS at at age 30 is kinda nice.

I guess an accomplishment of mine is never getting fat. I peaked at 170, then started running on occasion so I flutter around 159-163.

You should've just stayed fat so you could ride a motorized cart at Wal-Mart and get a handicapped tag.

Edit: Thought of an accomplishment or two:

1. I never had a detention in school.
2. I have never been in a car accident or received a speeding ticket.

HS:
Perfect Score on the Math and Science parts of the ACT (no where near perfect on the other sections).

College:
Completed 2 B.S. degrees (Math and Chem Eng) in the normal 4 years (5 with Co-Op) all while having a 3.9 GPA in the last 3 years.
Being published not once, but twice for two different research projects in different science journals.
Earning a M.S. in Chem Eng.

That might actually fit with me, too, as I try not to accomplish too many things of note.

But from early 2011 to late 2012, I did go from 245 to high 160s on a 5'10" frame. With a legit diet/exercise plan that includes no gimmicks and is an actual lifestyle change that I think can stick with me indefinitely, since I worked it more intelligently and gradually than I had before, so all the stuff I do is so ingrained in me mentally that not doing it would just feel weird.

Guess when I phrase it like that, it does actually seem like a cool personal accomplishment. Other than thinking about how it sucks that I spent a lot of my 30s as a lardass and waiting until I was getting close to 40 before actually starting to buckle down and take steps to not be fat and lazy.

That is my conundrum....I am happy that I am getting in shape, bit pissed that I let myself go so badly

I quit drinking five and a half years ago. It was a long time in coming and was very difficult. But it got better in time. I am most proud of it because my daughter has never had to see me drunk.

I quit drinking about 4 years ago. Stopped for a year, then got back on the drinking wagon. I love beer.

Only got a 29 on the ACT, but I was still drunk and running on 2 hours of sleep. Top that.

More recently....dropped 49 lbs in the past 4 months, and looking pretty damn awesome at the moment.

Went to OU, partied my ass off, graduated with a 2.8, and am still making more than sleeper.

I lost 155 lbs in three months on the easiest diet in the world with no workouts.

It's simple really:

1. Eat what you want, when you want and as much as you want

2. Go to the bars each and everynight. stay out late ( at least until 1:30 AM )

3. Have as much sex as you can get, with any one you want, except your wife. ( this is important )

In 90 days, sign divorce papers.

Disclaimer: You can only lose as much weight as you wife actually weighs. Children do not count as they are un-divorceable.
