Okay, as I said in my top ten post, I don't like humidity, heat, or rain.... However, I'd rather live in western WA/OR than in the desert.

So, no particular order:

Florida
Georgia
Alabama
Mississippi
Arizona
New Mexico
Nevada
Utah
California
New Jersey (if you've been there, you know the bad far outweighs the good)
