I turned the volume back up to hear Thom say "our thoughts and prayers are with you on Thursday." Was that some sort of make-a-wish thing?

I don't think it was an official make a wish thing. Reds had just heard he was struggling pretty bad with his health and has a pretty serious surgery scheduled for Thursday. They didn't say anything else besides that.

They said they talked to MLB and it was something like 12-13 total average a game. So they thought 11 for 1 team was a good number to go with.

We always end up buying other stuff while there. Drinks and appetizers. I doubt it's hurting them terribly.

Didn't they project something like 11-13 times it would happen over the course of the season? They'll hit that by the AS break.
