Probably... But I don't know how anyone could possibly sleep through all that.tk421;1428893 wrote:people sleeping, just waking up most likely. Plus just plain stupid people.

Wow...I guessed 2000 earlier and thought that might be a decent ball park. One of the things that stands out tonight is we have a MASSIVE amount of law enforcement we can quickly mobilize...within our borders. And 9000 probably isn't even the "ok, let's get serious" number in city the size of Boston.karen lotz;1428900 wrote:Saw a tweet earlier there were 9000 police officers in the area. What would you consider an even more serious incident?gut;1428904 wrote: And 9000 probably isn't even the "ok, let's get serious" number.
That's not what I'm saying. That number probably isn't close to what they'd bring in a "martial law" situation. 9k is a huge number but I'm sure they could bring a lot more national guard and military if needed.said_aouita;1428905 wrote:What would you consider an even more serious incident?

Is it a call center in Watertown or you talking about the center in C-bus?tk421;1428910 wrote:Good news, Verizon employees going to get a day off. Turning people around trying to get to work

If the cops don't find the suspect within a few hours I would not be surprised if the nat guard is called out.
they said there was an industrial area inside perimeter and named Verizon employees, don't know if a call center or store.said_aouita;1428913 wrote:Is it a call center in Watertown or you talking about the center in C-bus?
