They mentioned one bus seen full of police (on CNN) they are being dispersed to different transit stations. People are starting to build up wondering where the bus/subway is....

So, dead brother was 26, suspect on run is 19. Entered country in 2002 or 2003 and became legal permant resident in 2007.

I could be, and probably am wrong, but for some reason I was thinking it takes 7 years to gain permanent residency.
