Sometimes I can't get over the rubbery texture of asparagus.

Guinness and other stouts are another.

I used to be a bitch, would just sip a Guinness and wouldn't like it. Then one day I was like "f*ck this" time to get over it...loved it ever since. I guess it is somewhat of an acquired taste. It can be dangerous....goes down smooth.

Asparagus, onions, peppers, blue cheese (the actual cheese, not the dressing), salsa

I could probably go on and produce a huge list. I didnt eat anything when growing up. When I hit 8th grade and started to actually grow and put on weight and shit I started eating almost anything my mom put in front of me.

Still cant do tomatoes, mushrooms or sushi. Fuck them.

Also, coffee. As a high schooler/early collegian, I had to have it with cream and sugar. Now it's black - maybe a splash of milk if I want to cool it down a bit (aka Starbucks coffee)
Exactly the same for me on both of these.

Same with this. When I was younger I never understood why people would want to burn the hell out of their mouth while eating, but love spicy food now.

This.

I'll also add condiments, deli meats (turkey, roast beef, still hate ham), and pizza toppings. I was very picky and had to have just butter with my pasta (no meatballs), plain pizza, and refused to eat any sort of meat that wasn't warm.

Now I'll eat pretty much anything as long as it's not too calorie laden.

Everything I hated as a kid, I still hate. Only thing I hate though are brussel sprouts and lima beans.

Man, more than I could count. I was super-picky as a kid.

From the OP, mustard is one. A lot of veggies also fit and a lot of other things.

Onions

As a kid I couldn't stand it.

Now, it needs to be on everything.

Hated broccoli as a kid. Now I love it.
