As a kid, I couldn't stand mustard. Now I have to have it (and not ketchup) on hot dogs/brats.

Also, coffee. As a high schooler/early collegian, I had to have it with cream and sugar. Now it's black - maybe a splash of milk if I want to cool it down a bit (aka Starbucks coffee)

Coconut. Absolutely despised it as a kid. Absolutely love it now.

Brussels sprouts. I used to hate them but now they are one of my favorite vegetables.

This along with spinach but the spinach has to be raw, not cooked.

Sprouts are ridiculously good when baked in the oven.

Asparagus is a good one. That shit grilled with some olive oil (maybe some prosciutto wrapped around it) is delicious.

Since I generally do not like very many things in life, I will go the opposite way and tell you what I used to like and now absolutely hate. White Zin. I used to think that shit was the greatest in the world when I first started to drink wine. "Hell yeah, this shit gets you drunk quick!" That's because it could make an airplane fly. It's horrendous and I cannot believe anyone would drink it.

I drink merlot mostly today when I do partake of adult grapes.

Yesss, this for me too. Dad used to have herring around the house (wine and cream sauce) and I wouldn't touch the stuff. Now it's just not Thanksgiving unless there's some herring as an appetizer.

Sweet potatoes, asparagus, brussel sprouts, tuna.

I now eat them all regularly.

Cottage cheese is another. It used to gross me out, but after I discovered mixing in stevia and fruit, I'm hooked.

Most vegetables. Didn't like them as a kid but now love them. I'll eat just about anything now a days except mayo and salad dressing.

I used to loath mustard. I thank a drunken college night for turning me on to mustard. Ate a bologna and mustard sandwich one night in college, and never looked back.
